Sala San Juan (at the Ajuntament of Lladó)

Conscious Dance is a free and at the same time guided dance where the facilitator offers suggestions for the movement although the priority is always to listen to one’s own body and move according to the body’s request. No previous experience or physical form is necessary. Everyone is welcome.
